About posters and flash communications

The deadline for submission of abstracts is 19 March 2018

Length of abstract : 2000 characters, spaces not included

POSTERS:
All posters must be in English.

Poster size: 90 / 120cm.

Portrait mode.

Grids and material to hang up the posters will be available.

FLASH COMMUNICATIONS:
People wishing to be selected for a flash communication to present their work (with or without poster) must mention it during the registration process. Time allocated for the presentation will be 5 minutes in English.

NB : Selection of your abstract for a poster and/or for a flash communication will be confirmed later by e-mail. In case of non-acceptance of your flash communication, your abstract will automatically be considered for a presentation of your results as a poster.
